A pilot program new for the 2026-2027 academic speech and debate season, students that will be in the 7th grade and 8th grade will be eligible to compete in the following events:

•  Speech events: Declamation, Children’s Literature, Impromptu Speaking
•  Debate events: JV Policy, JV Public Forum, JV Lincoln Douglas

A $10 registration fee for each school with registered students will be payable at each tournament.   A hardship waiver is available for schools under financial strain.
